Inversión (S.A.P.I) y fundado por más de 110 accionistas mexicanos, cuya experiencia como
agentes aduanales, agentes navieros y en el sector de transporte terrestre, permitió sentar
las bases para la formación del grupo en Veracruz, México, en el año de 1991.
Grupo CICE cuenta con un Órgano Superior de Gobierno Corporativo integrado por una
Asamblea de Accionistas, un Consejo de Administración y diversos Comités Empresariales
establecidos en los Estatutos de Administración para garantizar la implementación de las
